Volunteers Available to Help During Covid-19

For anyone who is in Self-Isolation or is otherwise restricted and is in need of errands such as picking up groceries or medications, we have a 

group of parishioners who are ready to help you out. Also, for anyone who is feeling isolated with no one to talk to, we have parishioners who would be happy to connect with you. Please contact the office and we will connect you with one of our volunteers. We all need to support each other through this challenging time.

If you need to go to the hospital and want anointing, please contact the main office (902-826-2696) and arrangements will be made.

Holy Apostles Donations During Covid-19 

Information on joining or cancelling PAR
The Parish understands that economic circumstances may be changing for some parishioners. Please be assured that if you are on PAR and you need to take a break from your donations you need only contact the Parish office at 902-826-2696.

Any parishioners who are able are asked to prayerfully consider to continue to make a weekly donation. This may not be possible for all but Parish expenses still continue even though Masses are cancelled. We gratefully thank you for your efforts to continue supporting the Parish.

E-Transfer Donations
If you would like to send an e-transfer donation, please send it to . Your donation will be automatically deposited in the Holy Apostles bank account, no security questions or emails to the office required. Please specify your envelope number or your address or email in the area for a note so we can make sure we credit the right person for the donation. You can also specify in the note if the donation is for a special donation, for eg. Easter.

If you would like to be added to PAR you can email and a form will be sent to you or you can download the PAR form here and scan and email it.

Donations can also be mailed to Holy Apostles Parish at any of the Parish offices. Please do not mail cash!

As the COVID-19 situation develops, food-insecure Nova Scotians' stress is increasing and food banks are bracing to provide additional support.
