Holy Apostles Prayers/Reflections and Masses

As a response to the cancellation of Masses and liturgical gatherings, especially during this most holy time of Lent, our pastor, Fr. Roberto has turned to technology to create videos of Gospel reflections, and Masses.  As well,  Archbishops Mancini and Dunn has begun to offer a live-streamed daily Mass from Monday to Friday at 8:00 am from the chapel in the diocesan offices. They will also celebrate an 11:00 am Mass on Sundays.  Here is the link to those Masses:  https://livestream.com/halifaxyarmouth/events/9047466

An Act of Spiritual Communion

A prayer to say when you are unable to receive Holy Communion

My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.
